These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("User", "you", "your"), and td7770 ("td7770", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://td7770.cam and all associated sub-pages and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Nothing in these Terms transfers any Intellectual Property rights to any User. You may view, print and download Content from the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that:

• Any td7770 copyright notices, branding or attribution are retained in full;
• The Content is not used in any way that suggests an endorsement, association or affiliation with td7770 unless expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of td7770's Intellectual Property, including commercial reproduction, redistribution or framing of pages without consent, may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
